About This Plant
Sun or partial shade. A fairly large evergreen sage, with fuzzy gray foliage and big yellow blooms in late spring. Useful in providing soft mounding texture to landscape designs, it benefits from periodic grooming but is otherwise fairly carefree, especially with a touch of afternoon shade.
Maintenance
Periodic grooming; flower stalks may be removed after spring or left to provide year-round interest. Occasional supplemental water in summer sun, depending on the site.
