About This Plant

Sun/part sun; mostly evergreen, with a low, mounding growth habit that makes an attractive groundcover. The tiny, crested mint flowers resemble snapdragon or sage, and attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

The variety commonly known as Texas Skullcap (or ‘Texas Rose’ Skullcap) was originally collected near Monterrey, Mexico.
