About This Plant
Full scorching summer sun. ‘New Gold’ is a hybrid with prolific golden blooms during the warm season. Since it is sterile and produces no seeds or offsets, it flowers fairly consistently. It has a dense mounding habit, smaller than commercial lantana cultivars, and with a less pungent leaf odor.
Leaves will drop after a freeze; most landscapers cut it back for the winter season.
Maintenance
Little maintenance and no additional irrigation is required for it to look terrific. It will drop leaves after any winter freeze, and can be cut back as needed.
