Ready to kick off the spring season? Join us for a relaxing and educational nature hike led by the Alamo Area Master Naturalists at Bulverde Oaks Nature Preserve.
Together, we’ll observe the fresh growth of spring emerging—beautiful wildflowers blooming and wildlife buzzing all around us. Along the way, we’ll explore how Bulverde Oaks Nature Preserve functions as a natural stormwater filtration and flood-mitigation landscape, protecting the health of people, wildlife, and the environment.
You’ll learn about the importance of riparian conservation, the vital restoration work happening right here in our community, and how these efforts connect us all.
For this event,
1. Bob Morris will lead a nature hike in his style.
2. GSA will provide educational materials and include discussion on local Riparian Conservation.
