Join Green Spaces Alliance for a volunteer day at Pittman-Sullivan Community Garden!
Spend a few minutes at the beginning of the morning learning about permaculture: what is it, what does it look like, and how can you make your own permaculture haven at home? Then, get hands-on and help refresh the garden’s permaculture design! We will restore berms and swales, mulch pathways, and refresh the beds with new soil, plants, and seeds.
This is an ideal opportunity to build practical skills, connect with others, and support healthy local gardens. No prior experience needed!
When: Tuesday, September 30, 2025 | 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Where: Pittman-Sullivan Community Garden, Dakota St. & S. Palmetto St., SATX 78203
