Native Plants for Pollinators

May 12 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free
May calendar entry for Eco Centro's pollinator class on the 12th.

Transform your front yard, backyard or garden bed into a buzzing, fluttering haven for local wildlife!

Drake White, owner of The Nectar Bar, a local natives-only nursery, will offer the basics of gardening, focusing on the essential relationship between local native plants and pollinators. You will learn to select, plant, and care for native species that provide food and habitat for bees, moths, and most especially butterflies. Participants will leave with the confidence to start a beautiful, drought-tolerant, and eco-friendly habitat that thrives year after year.

Drake will have some very affordable 4″ native plants available for purchase to get your garden going.
