Learn about the history of landscape management in South Texas and implications for water resources with Gregg Eckhardt as he presents “Landscapes and Water: A Historical Perspective.” How have our landscapes changed over time, and how does it affect our water supplies? Join us to learn how you can become a steward of our water resources with your landscape!

Event co-sponsors Friends of Mission Branch Library and Gardening Volunteers of South Texas invite you to watch segments of GVST Go Gardening monthly video series and learn about Friends of Mission Branch Library while we gather. Gardening Volunteers of South Texas will be there with information about SAWS WaterSaver landscapes and outdoor rebates for residential customers.
