The 2 HR CEU class will provide an overview of the SAWS Conservation Ordinance for licensed irrigators, including drought rules and changes to drought rules that took effect in July 2024 as well as new plan review and irrigation inspections that took effect Jan 1 2025 and Jan 1, 2026. The CEU will also cover the irrigation checkup requirement, commercial rebates for irrigation efficiency improvements, and the utilization of electronic water meters to notify customers of possible leaks, abnormal high usage, etc.
San Antonio Irrigation Association will be handling the CEU process with TCEQ.
