Help us reclaim the phrase “litter bug” by turning it into something positive for birds, wildlife, and our water resources. By removing litter, we protect habitats and support water-saving native plants that keep ecosystems healthy and resilient.
Join Mitchell Lake Audubon Center every third Saturday for a community litter pick-up to help keep the facility safe, clean, and welcoming for the wildlife that depend on it. No experience is needed, and all supplies are provided. Participants must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
