About This Plant

Partial shade. Good as a low hedge plant, this mid-sized native shrub produces thousands of fragrant blooms in late winter and early spring. Late summer fruits are attractive to birds and small mammals. The twigs do not possess spines like hawthorn or peach. Peachbush does not require much maintenance except for pruning and grows in poor soils with dry conditions. Keep it if you have it.
