About This Plant
‘Profusion’ is a warm-season bedding plant with daisy-like flowers in yellow, orange, pink and white. It’s typically used for spots of color among other perennials. Compared to most zinnias, ‘Profusion’ is less troubled by fungus, but still requires good air circulation (12-inch spacing is suggested.) Each plant forms a carefree mound.
Zinnia is a butterfly magnet.
Maintenance
A summer bedding plant, requiring water to establish. (Zinnias are xeric, but fresh 4″ plantings can dry out quickly in hot weather.)
