About This Plant
Full sun or shade; evergreen. An agave with very slim, needle-like dark leaves. With its sculptural form, it’s quite distinctive. Its fiber filaments give it a wispy appearance. Its namesake flower stalks only appear at the end of its life cycle.
Plant in well-drained soil and avoid wet feet; cold-hardy to 20 degrees.
Agave geminiflora produces almost no offsets; it works especially well in large containers.
Maintenance
No maintenance needed other than occasional light grooming.
