About This Plant
Shade or partial shade; protect from summer sun.
An herbaceous tropical sage with a delicate pineapple scent and red blooms. It’s a little more delicate than some of the native salvias, but in the right setting it can endure for years.
Maintenance
Protect from freezing temperatures (or take fall cuttings.) Pineapple sage is tropical and prefers consistent moisture during the warm season.
