About This Plant
Spineless yucca often starts its career as a houseplant and moves out into the yard when it grows too large for a pot. Unlike other yuccas, this one bears no sharp thorns; the tips fold and curl like wrapping paper. Many buildings and walkways are framed with this well-mannered yucca, especially in coastal climates.
Sections of the trunk can be easily re-rooted for multiple plants.
Maintenance
Supplemental water if needed; scraggly lower leaves can be clipped. Spineless yucca can grow fairly big.
