About This Plant
Sun/part shade. Nearly evergreen, with low-growing, aromatic foliage. Purple and yellow daisy-like blooms make a dramatic display in autumn (and occasionally in spring.)
Fall aster spreads gradually by stolons.
Maintenance
Cut back by a third in late June to control size if needed; otherwise, can be cut in late fall or early winter.
