About This Plant
Full sun, although it can handle some shade. Evergreen, (sometimes purplish in fall) with a fine, soft texture that provides a contrast for various light-colored shrubs. Several varieties of creeping juniper are available.
Maintenance
Juniper can’t tolerate formal shearing. If needed, prune lightly in spring by cutting back unwanted stems to their base on the nearest branch.
In exposed locations, creeping juniper will appreciate supplemental water.
